Out of "good, better, best" way of ranking it would be considered the "best" or the "winner" of all things fucked up.

Seeing something so fucked up that calling it fucked up just ain't enough.

I saw a homeless guy take a shit in the middle of an intersection whilst holding a sign asking for money to buy toilet paper. That's the most fuckeduptidest thing I've seen all day!
