Someone who has nothing better else to do than leach off others for attention or fame amongst others. Tends to “follow” and never thinks for themselves. (And does anything for attention from those around them, even if it hurt them mentally or physically all in the sake of being a trending topic, good or bad.)

“Hey, he seems to only hang around One person”
“Maybe he’s a fan”
“I doubt it, he’s seeking for attention, that’s definitely a groupie”
