When a friend or bro is responsible for telling his friend or bro what he said and did the night before, when the subject being observed is presumably 'shit-faced' or 'fucked up'.

A Designated Observer may tell his bro about a conversation he had with an attractive female he was trying to 'score with' or 'tap'.

desk phantom 

A worker who is usually exempt and working project hours which can be any time during the day or evening. They often live at their desk, have minifridges and coffee makers there. They disappear often during the day without being noticed and come back to work late hours. Their job is very solitary and they are so seldom seen that seeing them is like seeing a phantom.

The opposite of a desk phantom is a desk mannequin who is usually more visible, and more customer facing.

We just saw John coming in at 2 with coffee and his van was in the parking lot all last night. We think he's working on the bank acquisition code but you'll have to ask Francine his boss about that. The guy is a real desk phantom.

Design for Media

A class that is taken by most students in the art college at Drexel University. It is a class that is mostly useless and gives out a lot of pointless and boring work to explain a fairly simple concept. The professors are forced to hand out this mindless work done by hand so that there is some fine art done before finishing it digitally. Sometimes projects have a fine art part that makes no sense as to why it exists because it could be easily done digitally. Most students dislike this series of classes because of the tedious and mind-numbing work that is usually unnecessary.

Of, pertaining to, on, near and/or around the act, attitude, idea or state of being destroyed, distraught, bereft, bereaved, or otherwise completely beyond all repair or comfort.

Some adjectives of "destreppled" are "FUBAR," and "gefuckled."
