The law that dictates that if someone is high, they will tell you about it. It doesn't matter how little it relates to the topic of conversation, they will inevitably let you know they are high.

Junk Bomb

A junkie. A person who is addicted to heroine/ fentanyl and is mentally unstable, not trustworthy, has no morals/dignity/respect or honor. Has no limits to their badness, nor has any common sense. And will typically rob, cheat, steal and/or swindle from anyone including their own family, friends, children, hospitals, churches/religious places of worship, ect., in order to acquire their drug of choice.

That person in front of us walking down the street, drooling and talking to themself, is a well known “junk bomb”.
