A "Clack", is considered "meat of superior quality/the chef of the superior quality of meat. Non shall discriminate against any fellow clackers. Rules are rules.

To clack is to take ones penis and move it in a rapid, horizontal, back and forth motion. It is also seen as a sign of reverence or an action to pay tribute to someone/something else.
