Get the Bipmug. A SF Bay Area term for car break-in robberies, specifically smashing a car window to snatch items from the backseat or the hatchback. Sometimes the victim is actually inside the vehicle when their window is shattered.
"Oh shit, all those cars got bipped! Look at all the broken glass on the street!. There's the thief, he is bipping another car right now, and he's grabbing a briefcase out the back!"

Get the Bippingmug. BIP (Break in public) happens to victims parking their vehicles in public places stores malls, parking garages, anywhere you park on a city street. Thieves targeting peoples belongings back packs, camera equipment, tourist with out of state license plates etc. Typically occurs often throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, Oakland, San Jose. This is common terminology in this part of California.
