Someone who tries so hard , often too hard, to copy someone who naturally has swag , that they always end up being EVEN MORE LAME than the average lame who doesn't try ,just IS lame .

Shelly is such a "tryhard", the harder she tries, the lamer she becomes!! She is such a "tryhard", she's been spending all her money buying things just because she saw someone on a reality show using or wearing it, & she won't buy or wear or use anything made by that brand unless it clearly shows the brand name in plain view for others to see.

Hardcore tryhard

Hardcore tryhard is pretty much polar opposite of Wannabe tryhard, while latter only cares about illusion of being good, Hardcore tryhard cares about the actual skill, best way to tell the difference between these two, is the fact that wannabe will usually ragequit when they start losing, and most likely will talk trash about/to you later, while hardcore will usually learns from their failure, and either remain silent or tell you something along the lines: GG, Well played.

Now this man is legit Hardcore tryhard, he never backs out from a fight and absolutelly yeets those wannabes.
