teenie

A person/people with no life- they obsessively "follow" one certain band (e.g, My Chemical Romance), spending all their time talking about them to their fellow teenies and emulating the hotness (or "hawtnezz") of the lead singer/ guitarist/other member. However, ask them anoything about the band before the "Revenge" album and they will invariably reply "duhh?". see also fan girl.

teenie: like, zomg i totally love them!!!! frankie is just the sex, isn't he? i've been with them since, like, the beginning!!!
normal: uh-huh... so do you prefer demolition lovers or vampires will never hurt you? (both songs from the 1st album, "I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love")
teenie: duhh? I'm talking about my chem, not some sad gansta band. who writes songs about bullets?
normal: ...

Teenism

The inherent discrimination of teenagers by the rest of the population. Commonly assumed to be mentally deficient, whiney, ungrateful, lazy, and other negative traits. Often incited by the age old perception that has been passed down through generations. Can be immensely frustrating for a teenager, as they are often spoken to condescendingly or treated as an inevitable criminal.
Note that this is not limited to adults discriminating against said teenagers. Teenagers can discriminate among their own age group, or adolescents slightly younger/older.

Example of teenism:
Arbitrary and whiney comments and facebook posts including but not limited to:
-I swear this is the most screwed up generation
-Any sentance starting with "kids these days"
Also observed in general conversation.

1. A self-proclaimed elitist in the golfing realm; someone who thinks they are the end-all be-all of golf and golf-related discussions.
2. Someone who pities the fool that doesn't enjoy golf.

Freddie's constant speeches about his golf skills make him sound like a teeist.

After Freddie shaved his head into a mohawk and started wearing that gold chain, he's been more of a teeist than ever.

Gang members or gangsters who are generally under the age of 10, below the age of criminal responsibility. They're usually used to carry drugs, weapons, or move parcels between older members.

He was a teenie for one of the most dangerous gangs in the state.
