Another use of the word “Straightner”, ‘Straightner’ meaning to have a fight and is commonly used in the Liverpool region.
You use the the word “Straightnerise” when offering someone out for a fight to settle beef.

A term used by :- complete pussy's/ chavs pussy's, people who aspire to be bullies but just ain't hard enough, people that wish they were hard / cool but never will be, cowards who are unloved / unlovable, wimps who couldn't punch their way out of a money spiders web, spoilt mummy's boys who have ridiculous tattoos to try and mask their wimpyness. Especially used by the type of people that probably turn up to your house when they know your not there, pretending they've got some sort of bottle infront of your Mrs.

In representative of themselves or as a representative of opposing groups.

Used as a method of achieving peace on respectable terms with minimal casualties.
