This is performed when you take a shit, while clentching your butt cheeks together, then taking your shit caked ass to each side of your partners face, working from top to bottom, being sure to coat the whole side of the face. The goal is to make a pair of shitty sideburns...excuse the pun. If you want to be festive, scream something in German.
