A conversation derailing tactic influenced by a mindset according to which only women’s issues matter and worthy of discussion and men’s issues are non existent or irrelevant. V-railing is practiced typically by feminists whenever a men’s issue is being raised or discussed. It is used by them as a means to belittle or to dismiss the men’s issue, or to impose their ideological perspective and values at the expense of the worldviews or the other peers.
