Combination of PISS and SHIT. When you’re on the crapper and can’t decide which has the greater need of release, so you just let everything go at once and let nature take its course.

Ah was absolutely bursting for a piss, but needed a shit as well. So found the first crapper I could and had an epic pisht instead. Felt proper empty afterward.
