The gut most male bodybuidlers acquire from over consumption of protein drinks, and a lack of situps and crunches. Different from other guts, because it's usually hard as steel, and has cuts in it.

A body boarder who spends majority time at the beach or activities involving body boarding. Active enough to be called a true guru. Can also mean a owner or employee of a surfing and or body board shop.
