Basically, this is a word straight from the Lou (St Louis), as am I so I know what I'm talking about. It was popularized by Nelly, pretty much the first artist to make it big from around here. (And it's not heeeere, but if you're saying herre...well.. you know you just need the stl accent.)

Anyway it means: Homie, pal, friend, brother.. anything like that.

an annoying 2 stroke vehicle with a muffler note resembling that of a fart can honda civic on steroids, often driven by teens or young adults who feel they need to nearly hit every person or truck on the trails to act cool because of some form of self insecurity.

did you see that idiot on the Dirt Bike? he nearly ran straight into that parked truck flying down the trail, just barely missing the driver that had gotten out as well.
