Kojac

A bad heart condition that restricts blood flow to the penis resulting in a condition known as Microphallus. Failure of normal development during the formation of the embryo (a birth defect) leads to this condition.

I never understood why my partner was so vindictive until I read his medical records until after he died from heart failure. He suffered from a condition known as Kojac which attacks the pituitary gland leading to all thing small.
