Person wrapped up in the blanket in bed. This forms a delicious hot meaty inside wrapped in a fluffy outer blanket, called a bed burrito.

As always she was complaining about the cold, so I wrapped her into a bed burrito before I left.

Someone that you both sleep with and go on dates with, but it's very casual and definitely not going anywhere. Fills the space between a friend with benefits/bedpiece and someone you are dating. Can be gendered as needed to bed gentleman or gentlewomen.

Last night I went out to dinner and hooked up with my bed gentleperson, but I think I'm going to set him up with my friend tomorrow.

Bed Beer

It's the final beer you have in a night. This can be interpreted in two ways.

Literally, it's the beer you enjoy in bed right before you enter your sleep phase.

Figuratively, it's the one last beer before you decide to head home or hit the hay.

Dude 1: Dude, you hit it off pretty early last night.
Dude 2: Yeah man, I grabbed a beer and had a bed beer.
Dude 1: Nice, dude.

or

Dude 1: Dude, you've had like 20 beers tonight.
Dude 2: Don't sweat it, this is my bed beer, I'll be sleeping soon.
Dude 1: Nice, dude.

The bed hog takes over the entire bed, either shoving you up against the wall so you can't even breathe, or pushing you off the side,If they don't hog the bed, they hog the blankets, rolling up like they were wrapped in a cocoon, leaving you blanketless and shivering.
