During a cold winter night, one will find their neighborhood's most icy roads and car ski them. To do it you put your armpit on the door grabbing the handgrab inside the car's door with that arm. Put your feet on the ground and use your heels. The driver will drive around with your feet sliding on the ground. Maybe even using the handbrake if you are skilled.

Bonzai skiing

Skiing when there isn't enough snow. Small tree, pine tree and plant tops (which look just like bonzai's) become apparent together with rocks. Generally bonzai skiing designates uggly snow skiing conditions.

Jim: How was the snow skiing last week?
Buddy: Very bad. Few snow, plenty of plants and rocks. Guess we had our share of Bonzai skiing.
