Slang or jargon for a surfer that uses too single-use plastic. The word is derived from the adjective poly which is used to describe plastic and combined with the preexisting word kook.

That dude is an absolute polycunt - I gave up an evening to work on his swimming pool and he didn't offer to pay me anything... while also having the cheek to ask for someone else's number to come finish the work... all set against a general undertone of ostentatious, in your face, look-how-big-my-holiday-home-is type of shithousery.
