Also known as dry-humping. When people get extremely freaky on the dance floor with wandering hands and grinding hips, much to the disgust of those around them.

A ludicous word that Mary J. Blige invented to poorly fit the rhyme-scheme of a mediocre song.

Means: dance club, night club, or ghetto bar.
