community college

The only type of school that I could afford thanks to a tanking economy.

Funny enough, it also makes everything you did in high school irrelevant.

I was accepted to the University of Illinois-UIUC. But after crappy financial aid and being unable and unwilling to get many loans, I ended up having to go to the local community college instead.

Methodist Ladies College

Despite the fact their sports uniforms closely resemble it, they are in fact not MuzzBuzz employees. Asking them for a toasted sandwich and a coffee during any sporting event will only earn you blatant looks of disapproval. Although, most students might as well be training to be MuzzBuzz employees because unless you’re getting the top grades, nobody really gives a damn about whether you’ll succeed. Their summer uniform isn’t any better, it causes the whole school to resemble a settlement of convicts. Which is quite fitting, it does feel like a jail when you come back after the Christmas holidays.

A school where everyone is a genius when it comes book smarts and total headass in every other way. Everyone there has been addicted to nicotine at least once. Payton kids smoke and drink a ton while still somehow getting the best test scores in Chicago. It's just a school of crackheads that know how to ace math tests without studying.
