The act of receiving financial aid money and grants from the college or university you go to and spending it on stuff other than school.

Joe: Tim, Do you want to go the the bar tonight?
Tim : Sure With Who?
Joe: Me and Dj
Tim: I thought Dj was poor?
Joe: Nahh, Hes got that College Wealth now.
