A word used (usually loudly) by douchebags simply in order to bring attention to themselves. The word is almost always used in a purposely ridiculous voice.

Origins: West coast of Scotland - early 21st century

Guy 1: Did you see that guy playing basketball?
Guy 2: Yeh when he took a shot he shouted "barina" very loudly for absolutely no reason.
Guy 1: He is SUCH a douchebag.

though to a man a pair of tits might be quite entertaining, the term refers to the fact that someones life is not very productive or useful. they just kinda sit there and do nothing other than offer something to look at.
