used to describe a girl who is so hot, just thinking about her apparently renders you unable to speak coherently.

Originates from trying to say either "she's a total babe", or "she's the hottest babe on the planet". But all that comes out is "she's a babe planet" or "total babe planet", so you basically end up call the girl a planet. Flattering.

"Do you want to see the Harry Potter movie with me?"
"Yeah, I'm a huge fan... plus Emma Watson is a babe planet."
