There are dog nutters who take them in public without a leash, in defiance of health and safety laws and are prejudiced against people who don't like dogs. A dog nutter victim blames those who are mauled for no reason. They also may find cuteness in dogs shitting. They have no respect for others because it's the dog before the human. Dog nutters can be some of the worst Karens out there.
