Think of a tall guy with curly brown hair with the prettiest green eyes you have seen especially when you catch them in the sun. His smile is no teeth unless it’s something he find funny then he will show off his smile and when he does it makes you smile cause you know it’s real. His personality? Think quite at first and then when he is concerned or overthinking. Cole is a leader in the work place and a person people can look up to outside of work. He attracts people to him.He can be a butt though sometimes which can be something but then he makes up for it by being understanding and being open to listen if something is wrong. He’s not the best with his words in his own opinion he’s “straightforward” for the most part but tries his best to be considerate and not be so straightforward when you need him to(he’s still working on it lol.) He will motivate you to do your best and help you where he can. If you have a Cole take your time with him and enjoy the little things. Cause it will be hard at times but you get through it together.
