I use it as a replacement for "this is making me angry", just like goerge does in a later episode.

we tech those

"Teching" is a mechanic in the Super Smash Bros. games that allows the user to cancel knockback when they collide into the floor or a wall or ceiling. This is done by pressing the shield button at a very small time window frame.
"We tech those" is used to describe when a smasher techs.
