A very rare spinal disorder that is identified and diagnosed only by the person who is afflicted. Most often found in hypochondriacs and people who have Munchausen's disorder, even doctors are puzzled by the illness, as the doctor can not find anything wrong with the patient but the patient insists there is an issue.

My cousin says she has a rare disease, even though the doctors say there is nothing wrong. Must be spinal perplexia.

When one finds the inner strength to overcome the horrific smell of a fat sweaty bottom and engage in some grimacing rimming as a means to reaching the goal of poking the brown eye.

I really wanted to slip Wendy my meaty length in her bottom, however she hinted that I had to grease the back door first with my tongue this would require some serious Spinach Rimming. Only eating a large quantity of Spinach would give me the power to overcome the task in hand as Wendy's ass looked like she had sat on a plate of slugs.

A bear Pokemon that walks around and acts high/drunk all the time but is really just 'dizzy', according to Nintendo.

He occasionally makes appearances in the Pokemon meme community, generally dancing to club music or holding a blunt/drink.

In the video games stats and movepool are both unimpressive, but he is rather unpredictable because he can't do any strategy very well.

This is further aided by him having equal attacking stats and many mediocre status moves.
