Mental Moment

A brief period of time when a typically sane person seeks refuge from a whole lotta shit going on, in order to keep from completely losing one's mind and going apeshit on the next random person who just completely, and most likely unintentionally, pisses one off.
Similar to a snicker's moment

Random coworker: "Dude, what the fuck are you doing hiding under your desk?"

Person losing it: "Back off asshole, I just need a mental moment."

Random coworker: "Christ, alright dick!"
