Similar to the usage of "Burn", Boom Roasted is said after an insult or "dis"s for emphasis. Coined during the Season 5 episode of The Office titled, "Stress Relief".

Home to the Mall of America, Nickelodeon Universe (formerly known as Camp Snoopy), Minneapolis/St. Paul Int'l Airport, an IKEA, the headquarters of Toro, and was home to the old Met's stadium. Larger than Bloomington, Illinois.

I am leaving my house today to go to Bloomington, Minnesota, not the Illinois one, to do some shopping.
