A boston/eastern massachusetts term to described something as either being a good thing (and instead of saying really one in boston would substitute "wicked"). Also used to described something that is bad or sucks

Good:
"The sox swept the yankees, they look pissah this year"
Bad:
"F*ckin pissah, i failed my final and have to take summer classes"
