Mike: Yes! I couldn't believe it. The manatee will never stand on the podium. He talks so much b.s. but he can't ever backup anything. It's a wonder he's not locked up as a 5150 case. What a nutjob.

mandatory jello

A game played usually between two people in which one participant shouts "mandatory jello!" and collapses like said gelatinous substance towards the ground and towards the second partaker. The second person is required, per the rules of the game, to attempt to catch the fall-ee from falling. It has been suggested that this game is equivalent to a small scale trust fall (however much more fun and less therapuetic).

Manatee joke

a joke format popularized by Family Guy... usually involves little or tangential connection to the plot, and includes two or three unrelated references put together into an irreverent mini-scene. South Park's parody of Family Guy suggested that the show is written by manatees pushing around floating colored balls with cultural references written on them.
