Lady GaGa is a unicorn in a man suit.

I will explain.
Only unicorns can get away with wearing such glittery, weird clothes. And, since unicorns have no gender (they reproduce through rainbows.), she/he would have stood out in human society, therefore he/she chose a man suit to fit in.

Example:

Human A) OMC, that person just doesn't fit in. It's something about them... A magical air...
Human B) Oh, yeh, that's Lady GaGa. It's not a person at all, it's a unicorn.
