The adjective form of fups. Refers to characteristics of undergraduate students that annoy, interfere with, or anger graduate students. Generally implies lack of responsibility and immaturity.

"This girl I work with keeps bragging about how much she drank this weekend. She was being pretty fuppy in front of our boss!"

"Even though he is now a grad student, Paul never does any work and parties all week. He won't last too long if he keeps being so fuppy!"

"My roommate sleeps in until noon everyday. He graduated a year ago, but he still acts fuppy."

Flippy

A term used to describe a magnificent hairstyle that can only be obtained by people of African American (or any other nappy headed) decent after receiving a straightening perm. This hairstyle must be at least shoulder-length and is preferably parted in the center. This style is not easy to maintain and is often times seen matched with a beanie. This hairstyle's name derives from the essence of the style, the "flipped out" look of the hair's ends. The "flipped out" tips are very crucial; if they're not flared out, you DO NOT have a "flippy". Many try to replicate this look, but only few master it. If you don't possess SWAG, don't even try, bitch.

I know this kid with some sexy hair, we call him Flippy.
