An incompetent motorist. Someone who stops at yield signs when merge lane is clear. Someone who stops for yellow and even sometimes green traffic lights. Someone who watches you in there rear view mirror because they're worried about you being too close. Basically any poor driving observed while on the road.

man the roads are full of choofaheads today, ehh! Look forward and go you choofahead! I know you're not stopping at an f-ing green light you choofahead!?!? It's the one next to the brake......GO you Choofahead!!!
