Person 1: *searched it up because person 2 was spoiler baiting them*

First coined by Australian publication DMARGE, beard baiting is a derivative of 'beard fishing' - which is what the trend used to be known as online.

James is 'beard baiting' again - it might help him get more dates but as soon as he shaves it all off he's going to be screwed.
