Alright majority of these posts are used for a rivalry between Darien CT, or another nearby town. D-Bagers are kids from Darien, usually D-Bag is used as an insult calling teens rich preppy kids who are fairly snobby. In truth D-Bagger can be used to describe both the person insulting and the person being insulted.
