A pbj is a person who acts different when they are with another friend or gender, then tend to be a totally different person when around other people and not just with you. A pbj refers to the two pieces of bread and the peanut butter and jelly in-between, so the two pieces of bread or the peanut butter and jelly refers to the two characteristics or personalities a person carries.
