A noun referring to one who most likely has, will, or is engaging in an activity that is idiotic in nature when compared to everyone else's current activity. Much like how a group of sober people would perceive a drunk person.

"I'm going to throw that fluorescent light bulb"-Alex
"Don't throw it"- everyone else
Alex throws the light bulb and it shatters.
"Don't move police. I'm going to watch you clean that up"-Old Retired Cop

rum and raisin

Cockney rhyming slang for numb sensation - in the backwards sense. Occasionally abbrieviated to raisin. People that are labelled as a raisin also occasionally get referred to as a raspberry ripple.

I just saw James and Craig trying to type out a letter, but they got it all wrong. They really are a pair of Rum and Raisins.

Spiced Rum

When someone takes a very large volume diherea dump so that the entire toilet is a rich brown hue, and they then proceed to beat off ito the mixture, effectivly spicing there intestinal rum. The mixture is sometimes left for others to gawk at (when performed in public restrooms.

Typical after a hard night of drinking rum (alchohol runs and not getting off because you were a drunkin idiot)

Rum Floater

When your fishing buddy has so drunk on overproof Rum that you are scared you will find him floating face down if you don't keep an eye on him.

He drank that entire bottle of 150 proof rum on the boat. Better make sure he keeps his life jacket on we don't want a Rum Floater.
