The act of not following through i.e. Making plans with no intention of the completion to the said activity.

If someone where to say they were going to move to Humphreys, California with a friend, however, does not have any plans to follow through. That person is "Pulling a Jordan".

Being unable to answer more than one question at a time.

Kelly: "Hey Jonah.. what are you doing on Saturday and where are you?"
Jonah: "I'm at the office."
Kelly: "What about the first question? And do you believe that walruses really exist?"
Jonah: "Of course they exist. That's a silly question. I love walruses."
Kelly: "You still didn't answer the first question. What are you doing Saturday? And why do you love walruses?"
Jonah: "They're just so cute and they taste good. Btw, What are you doing Saturday? Want to hang out?"
Kelly: *facepalm* I see you are pulling a Jonah again..

Someone who consistently skips class and/or arrives to class late when attendance isn't graded, yet will still manage to receive an A.

People who are found routinely Pulling a Joshua are often highly intelligent yet cocky and arrogant.

The history teacher exclaimed, "Hmm, looks like someone is Pulling a Joshua." while taking the class to attendance.
