Evacuator

A rare, extreme, and deeply disorienting bodily event in which a person simultaneously vomits and ejaculates. Though occasionally triggered by overwhelming sensory input, stress, or gastrointestinal revolt, it is more infamously associated with self-induced occurrences—typically through a deliberate combination of purging and sexual self-stimulation.

This dual expulsion is said to result in a state of total physical catharsis and psychic confusion, often followed by immediate regret, nausea, or unexplainable clarity. Urban lore suggests it can be accidental, ritualistic, or, in fringe circles, an act of “emotional unburdening.”

• “Dude, if you ever try the Evacuator on purpose, at least have a spotter.”
