The resulting product, or the action of mixing together two illegal drugs to be consumed at the same time; e.g. cocaine and mdma, ketamine and cocaine, mdma and ketamine. Usually snorted. And preceeded by chanting 'mix and blend' in a London/ West Indian accent in the faces of people who are not invited to join in, or probably don't want to.
Doing a mix and blend usually results in loss of memory and confused emotions the following day, but these symptoms can be relieved by just not going to bed.

Get the blend that shit mug.• 1 cup fresh orange juice
• 1 banana, frozen
• 1/4 cup greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp mint toothpaste
• handful of mint leaves
• 1/2 cup ice
STEPS:
1. In a blender, combine orange juice, banana, greek yogurt, mint toothpaste, mint leaves, and ice.
2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
3. Pour into glass and garnish with mint leaves.
4. enjoy this revitalizing drink!
