Vision board is usually specific, if you have a specific goal. E.g. if you aspire to get a new car.. You can't just put a picture of a car it has to be the specific car, exact colour of it, exact make of it, the interior. The more specific the goal the better.
A vision board is usually divided into sections : Wealth Goal, Reputation Goal, Spiritual Goal, Love Goal, Health Goal, Relationship Goal, Career Goal, Hobbies, Travel / Fulfilment goal.
Having pictures, statements and numbers is recommended. A date and a mantra is usually in the centre of the vision board.

This is especially acute when the overweight person has recently gained and subconsciously justifies it by looking down on people with healthy weight -- viewing others' body mass through the lenses of their own obesity.
