A box in which one is kept almost exclusively for the act of sodomy. First seen in the 2008 film, August Rush, in a scene in which the young man is brutally sodomized for not playing guitar well enough.

Someone who refuse to, or can not identify what social program should be affected by tax cuts.

The expression comes from the ancient rabbinical tradition around what the actual sin of Sodom was (a failure to be hospitable, treating others as objects).

-Hey, you heard about the about the tax cuts?

-Yes I did! Sodom's Syndrome. Not once did he/she mention what social program should be cut.
