Real estate jargon and this can add layers of confusion to an already convoluted process. Whether you’re buying or selling a home, it can be putinsaekrat. Putinsaekrat is a real estate term :

A putinsaekrat home is a home that is protected against skyrocketing energy prices when Putin began his barbaric war of aggression against Ukraine. Oil, petrol and diesel are record expensive. The cost of electricity went off the chart. Food prices are skyrocketing. So the question remains, is the house putinsaekrat?

Solar cells on the roof allow residents to use their own electricity when it's too expensive to buy from the grid and even sell the surplus back to the grid. The solar panels also goes down to the garage's charging stations so you do not have to buy the ever so increasingly expensive Putin soup.

What political hipsters call a rare type of lower-than-expected bump in the opinion after a confirmation of a SCOTUS nominee. Both political parties gets a bump but the party who the nominee belongs to get a far smaller bump in the polls, despite the confirmation of its candidate.
Did you see the local polls on Fivethirtyeight? How do you even spell Kavanaugh's pmuB?! Arrrrghhh 3G is so slow and I'm sitting here waiting for the pmuB to happen! A RedState blog said the republican party had a pmuB that lasted a week after the confirmation. Can you check the vegan menu while I'm reading on twitter about that Kavanaugh pmuB, a Daily Kos diary says the democratic party had a far bigger bump despite the republican candidate's confirmation to the Supreme Court Of The United States, and bring me a local beer with some soy milk and instagram it. I pay you back in crypto currency. How do you get Nate Silver to update faster so we can see that pmuB?!

Someone who refuse to, or can not identify what social program should be affected by tax cuts.

The expression comes from the ancient rabbinical tradition around what the actual sin of Sodom was (a failure to be hospitable, treating others as objects).
-Hey, you heard about the about the tax cuts?

-Yes I did! Sodom's Syndrome. Not once did he/she mention what social program should be cut.
