Snafu's Razor

Snafu's Razor: It only happens all at once.

This principle expresses what happens when life simultaneously conspires against an individual, throwing more stuff against his/her world than can stick. It is the opposite of the ideal, "Whenever God closes a door, he opens a window."

Nebbish was reassigned at work, his wife left him, his house was repossessed, and both of his parents needed heart valve replacements. He stated that it was simply Snafu's Razor at work.
