The act of climbing up on top of the stalls in a public restroom and shitting with the goal of landing the turd in the toilet.

Carl is not good at arial shitting. I feel bad for the janitor.

Panic Shitting

When one feels the sudden urge to shit due to the fear of not being able to shit. When one is confined to a small area or being trapped in an area where there is no toilet and as a result gets nervous/has an anxiety attack and has the sudden urge to shit.

Can happen in cars, buses, trams and trains...anywhere that one can not use the facilities.

"Are you ok man?"

"Nah mate, my panic shitting is flaring up again"

Common in restaurants - you can't get out because they're perched on the edge with the seat too far back as a result.

Usually affects women.

"Dude I can't get out, her chair's too far out"

The term originally applied to sitting on bar stools above the rest of the people in undisclosed coffee shop or restaurant.

astral shifting

Astral shifting is where the Shifter goes into the spirit world (astral plane) and shifts there. It can take a while to work yourself into the right frame of mind for this, so it's not as easy as aura shifting, which you can do anywhere and get away with.
