A piece of "art", often related to the 1% of the budget required to be spent on a federally funded building project. Usually large and geometric, often red, and nearly always appearing to be haphazardly dropped of the back of a flatbed truck.

plop sauce

The water (and any additional contents) of a toilet that splashes upward and onto the nether regions when butt release makes high-speed contact with the surface. When violent enough, this may produce a "plopping" sound.
