ghetto gentleman

A male who knows how to treat a woman (opens doors, brings her flowers, treats her with respect, etc.) but can also have a ghetto side and listens to rap and hip-hop music. (Basically, he knows how to keep it crunk.) A ghetto gentleman has a certain swagger and may have tattoos, piercings, and dress a little on the ghetto side.

A girl to her friends:
"Oh the date was great, he opened every door for me and told me I looked beautiful. Then on the way home in the car we sang along to T-Pain and Weezy together. He's was such a ghetto gentleman."

An internet meme originating from the popular computer game Team Fortress 2. A common source of "epic lulz", and slightly less epic lung cancer.

It is also accompanied by a monthly holiday, "GENTLEMEN Day", which occurs on the fifth of every month (especially June 5th). It has also achieved a bit of fame via Tom Green Live.
