Younger generation of tweekers who still have their looks and are classier than regular tweekers.

grade 9 in high school - mostly used in Canada. derogatory term

Person 1: It's the first day of school, we're finally grade 10s!

Person 2: Yeah but now we have to deal with all the incoming niners. :(
