A phrase that signals women to return to their place of natural origin, the kitchen. By instilling and continuing to encourage this behavior, the woman may begin to comprehend the woman code, and she may even learn to make the holy sammich.

It is recommended to instill this behavior early on, so that the woman may begin to remember to stay where she belongs WITHOUT having to remind her 24/7.
